Today, day is slow . Not many calls . School is in intersession , I am right now working as a admin guy for a LAN of 80 computers. Well the first problem of today is Jeff's computer. He seems to have a problem accessing M$ Access on his computer. Access starts off , but it asks for a password, which neither he or nor me as the admin guy has any idea of .
Finally ,we give up and decide that we will reinstall M$ Office. Guess what? The setup program would not uninstall M$ Office. I go to M$ website , they ask us to download a patch, we did , but still no luck there. Thanx to Google (http://www.google.com) , i enter the error message which is a cryptic "Internal error message : #2343 " . Looks like , m$ office clashes with Lotus Notes. So either we need to uninstall or rename the notes.ini file to something else during installation or removal.
