Dell Inspiron 6000 Display Problem

I recently bought a Dell Inspiron 6000 laptop, with WXGA display. It has an internal Intel Mobile 915 integrated video card.
I noticed a strange problem using Internet explorer browser. IE would render the images blurred. I thought it might be a driver issue and updated the driver, with no avail.
Then I tried using firefox, the images were rendering properly.
I realized that the problem is with IE.
